You should never have to wonder where to go to find dependable, local builder services.

That idea was the cornerstone of this company over 20 years ago. It was a time when more professional siding and gutter installers in South Carolina’s Lowcountry were moving their operations out of the area.

Securing responsive, professional service here was getting harder. Builders needed to know they still had a local partner they could count on. They found that partner in us.

Our vision was to be the most comprehensive service provider in the region. We thought builders should have no headaches with us. That’s why we developed a complete, turnkey solution that includes material, project management and warranty work.

Our building partners loved it. And when builders are happy, so are homeowners.

A Passion for Honorable Service

Service is at the heart of everything we do. That commitment is inspired in part by members of our staff, family and community who have honorably served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

That’s why it has been our privilege to provide high-quality work to veterans throughout our region, and to participate in PulteGroup’s Built to Honor program, which provides a mortgage-free home for deserving heroes. We also enjoy supporting the Lowcountry Foundation for Wounded Military Heroes (LFWMH).

Growth Into Homeowner Services

Rather than grow the business wider geographically, owners Skip and Sandi Shineman have chosen to grow it deeper locally. Our offerings today include direct-to-homeowner services such as gutter installation, siding repair and shutter replacements.

Meanwhile, our builder services remain as robust and fully turnkey as ever. Our office and 10,000-sq. ft. warehouse remains right here in Hardeeville.
